Eric Radloff, Guest Songwriter

Eric Radloff,a former Junior Composers attendee, was born and raised in Minnesota. Eric will be artist in-residence at the 2015 Songwriters Institute where he will work in small-group sessions with songwriters on their lyrics and leading pre-production meetings prior to the groups making their demo recordings.
After writing numerous songs and starting multiple bands during high school in Hutchinson, he left his home state to attend music school in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Popular Music Performance with an emphasis on songwriting.
While at USC, he started Bear Attack, a band comprised of his closest friends and favorite musicians, and they've had several of their songs featured on TV shows such as Pretty Little Liars and Under the Dome. Bear Attack has also toured and performed extensively and is currently working on their fourth project.
When he's not working on the band, Eric writes music for films, video games, TV shows, and writes songs for other artists. He also does session work and enjoys teaching piano lessons. When he's not working on music, he still enjoys jamming (just because it's fun), listens to music, explores LA, hangs out with friends, reads books, and plays basketball.

Check out his video, "Broke".
